Yes, Healthcare buddy is a registered company as per the law of the country. We are a legal entity operating as per guidelines issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt of India.
7. Are there any discounts or additional charges?
There are no discounts or additional charges when you go through Healthcare buddy. All charges you will pay directly to the hospital as per treatment plan.
8. In emergency cases how will you facilitate patient services?
For all patients who need to be shifted on an emergency to hospital, we have our team of Ambulance service who will pick up and drop the patient to designated hospital at a nominal cost.
9. Is your service available only in Chennai?
No, our services are available throughout Tamilnadu, and we also co-ordinate for your treatment in other states like karnataka, kerala, Andhra, Telengana, Kolkotta, Delhi, Mumbai and Pune through our partners . Apart from this, we service International patients too in India.
10. Will you provide service 24 x 7?
Yes, we are available round the clock throughout the year. We will do everything possible to be of help when you need us.
11. Will you guarantee successful outcome if we go through your company?
